Oh god, been stuck at work all weekend this weekend (and many weekends to come!) as I put my name forward to gain a higher contract which makes me work every Saturday and every Sunday.. I'm glad I done this because money is tight (as always) and I need it, but on the downside I don't get much free time and I'm usually in work on the Sunday hungover like mad! On the up side, I got my new college timetable through the post yesterday and I begin on the 13th of September doing Sociology & Psychology for the first 3 months only on Thursday & Friday's although I've still got to do my work placement which I'm doing through volunteering at the children's charity, Barnardo's. I'm mega excited about this as I'm getting the opportunity to create my own Young Mother's group for my area and promote it and everything! SUPER EXCITED :-D I'm also beginning to think about applying for university in Edinburgh shortly too.. I've wanted to do this for ages but now the time is here it's a bit of a shock how quick its come and it's made it a bit more realistic having to leave my family and stuff behind but it's a new break for me and my family. A new, fresh and better start and you know what... I can't wait!!!!
